The Group's businesses are built around continuous services rather than scheduled programming, and are managed for the long term.

History
1987Founded in Luxembourg on 17 March as Société Européenne de Diffusion Perpétuelle S.A. by Mr. H. Constant Ferrier, formerly of the European Broadcasting Union's relay service, with certain private individuals.
1989Stiftung Lindenhalde, Vaduz, becomes the first of the Partners.
1991The company adopts the name Eternity Entertainment Group and the lemniscate device. First continuous-transmission test begins on 2 September; it runs without interruption until November 1995.
1992Mrs. Ingrid Saelens appointed Chief Financial Officer. Treasury relocated to Geneva. Al-Khulud Investment Company, Riyadh, becomes the largest of the Partners.
1993Ground broken at Eternity Parks, Almería, on 11 October.
1994Re-domiciled to the State of Delaware as Eternity Entertainment Group, Inc. in anticipation of a public offering. Registration statement filed in November.
1994Téléattente S.p.r.l., Brussels, acquired. The first of the Group's interests in other undertakings.
1995Eternity Music Publishing established in Vienna. Nagai Amusement Holdings K.K., Osaka, joins the Partners. The Office of the Chairman relocates to Geneva.
1996The ETERNITY channel commences transmission on 14 March at 00:00 CET via Astra 1E.
1997Compagnie Genevoise de Réassurance S.A., Geneva, joins the Partners. Nachtprogramm Ges.m.b.H., Vienna, acquired. Carriage extended to healthcare and transport. EverCast manufacturing agreement.
1998EverCast enters consumer beta on 3 April. Composition No. 300 delivered.
1999Mrs. Claudine Roux-Bessat appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary. This web site is established on 9 November at a Luxembourg address; it moves to eternity.tv in 2001. A 24 per cent interest in Human Nature AG, Zug, acquired.
2001Majority interest in Reality acquired; the remaining shares follow in 2009.
2003A 19 per cent interest in Life Systems AG, Basel, acquired. Eternity Home Video launches the Forever Edition.
2004The Infinity Card introduced.
2005ETERNITY received in eleven countries.
2006Hyperium acquired. Further interests follow: Unreal Estate (2008), Dream Machine (2011), Machine Heaven (2015), Halcyon Bio (2019), Excreta Automata (2021), Zero Reality (2022).
2012The Eternity Music Publishing catalogue is complete at 1,214 compositions.
2021The board creates the post of Director of Continuity.
2026The Group increases its interest in Halcyon Bio.

Structure
Eternity Entertainment Group, Inc. is a Delaware corporation and the parent of the Group. The Luxembourg company, Société Européenne de Diffusion Perpétuelle S.A., is the operating subsidiary and holds the Group's broadcasting licence. The Group has no chief executive officer and is led by the Office of the Chairman, Geneva; the Chairman is the Group's principal executive officer. Its officers and directors are listed under Management. The Group's interests in other undertakings are listed under Investor Relations.

The Partners
The Group is privately held by a consortium of long-term investors, referred to collectively as the Partners. The Partners do not participate in management.
