Management
The Group has no chief executive officer. It is led by the Office of the Chairman, to which the officers
of the Group and the heads of its divisions report. The Chairman is the Group's principal executive officer.

H. Constant Ferrier
Founder and Chairman
Born in Metz in 1941. Trained as an electrical engineer at Nancy. From 1964 to 1986 Mr. Ferrier served in
the relay service of the European Broadcasting Union in Brussels and Geneva. He founded the Group in 1987
and has been its Chairman since.

Ingrid Saelens
Chief Financial Officer
Born in Antwerp in 1958. Mrs. Saelens joined the Group in January 1992 from the fund administration
department of a Luxembourg bank and has been Chief Financial Officer since. She is responsible for finance,
treasury and relations with the Partners, and relocated the Group's treasury to Geneva in 1992.

Dr. Tomas Wendelin
Director of Transmission
Born in Graz in 1950. Dr. Wendelin joined the Group in 1991 from the engineering department of a national
broadcaster. He conducted the Group's first continuous-transmission test and has had charge of the ETERNITY
channel since it commenced transmission.

Claudine Roux-Bessat
General Counsel and Company Secretary
Born in Lausanne in 1962. Mrs. Roux-Bessat joined the Group in 1999 from a Geneva firm. She is responsible
for the Group's legal affairs, its registration statement and the protection of its marks.

Anselm Brückner
Eternity Music Publishing
Born in Linz in 1937. A composer of film and library music, Mr. Brückner established Eternity Music
Publishing in Vienna in 1995 and composed its catalogue of 1,214 works. He ceased to compose in 2012. The
catalogue remains under administration by the division.

Ignacio Vela Morón
Director of Construction, Eternity Parks
Born in Granada in 1955. A civil engineer, Mr. Vela Morón was appointed Director of Construction in 1993
and has directed the works at the Almería site since. He directs a workforce of
211, engaged through contractors.
