Appointment of General Counsel and Company Secretary 8 July 1999, Geneva Mrs. Claudine Roux-Bessat has been appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary of the Group. Mrs. Roux-Bessat joins from a Geneva firm and will have responsibility for legal affairs, the Group's registration statement and the protection of its marks. Group acquires an interest in Human Nature 30 March 1999, Geneva The Group has acquired a 24 per cent interest in Human Nature AG of Zug. Eternity Music Publishing delivers Composition No. 300 24 November 1998, Vienna Mr. Anselm Brückner today delivered the three-hundredth composition to the Group's catalogue, a work for strings and organ of no fixed duration. The catalogue is licensed for continuous use to the ETERNITY channel, to telephone hold systems and to retail environments in eight countries. EverCast receiver enters consumer beta 3 April 1998, Luxembourg The Group announced that its EverCast digital receiver has entered consumer beta in selected European markets. The unit is designed for continuous operation. A date for general availability has not been set. Group reports results for its first full period of transmission 5 December 1997, Geneva Eternity Entertainment Group today reported results for its first full period of transmission. Revenue for the period was CHF 4.1 million, in line with the Group's expectations. Operating performance was consistent with plan. No dividend is proposed. Manufacturing agreement for EverCast receiver 22 October 1997, Kaohsiung The Group has concluded an agreement with Chyuan Feng Electronics Co., Ltd. of Kaohsiung, Taiwan, for the production of the EverCast digital receiver. Carriage extended to healthcare and transport 12 June 1997, Luxembourg The ETERNITY channel is now received in the waiting areas of a university hospital in Belgium and in the departures hall of a regional airport. Compagnie Genevoise de Réassurance S.A. becomes a Partner 4 February 1997, Geneva The Group announced that Compagnie Genevoise de Réassurance S.A. of Geneva has subscribed for shares and joins the Partners. ETERNITY received in eleven hotels 18 December 1996, Luxembourg At the close of its first year of transmission the ETERNITY channel is received in nine hotels in Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands under carriage agreements. Office of the Chairman relocates to Geneva 7 September 1995, Geneva The Office of the Chairman has relocated from Luxembourg to Geneva, where the Group's treasury has been based since 1992. Nagai Amusement Holdings K.K. becomes a Partner 18 July 1995, Osaka The Group announced that Nagai Amusement Holdings K.K. of Osaka has subscribed for shares. Eternity Music Publishing established 24 March 1995, Vienna The Group has established Eternity Music Publishing in Vienna under the direction of the composer Mr. Anselm Brückner. Group files registration statement 15 November 1994, Wilmington Eternity Entertainment Group, Inc. today filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. Al-Khulud Investment Company becomes a Partner 22 October 1992, Geneva The Group announced that Al-Khulud Investment Company of Riyadh has subscribed for shares and becomes the largest of the Group's Partners. Appointment of Chief Financial Officer 6 January 1992, Luxembourg Mrs. Ingrid Saelens has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Group. Group begins continuous-transmission test 2 September 1991, Luxembourg The Group today began a continuous-transmission test at its premises.
