1. Controller
The controller of personal data collected through this web site and through the Infinity Card programme is Eternity Entertainment Group, Inc., Office of the Chairman, Case postale 5136, CH-1211 Genève 3, Switzerland. The Group's representative in the European Union for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 is Société Européenne de Diffusion Perpétuelle S.A., Luxembourg.

2. Data collected
This web site does not use cookies and does not collect personal data from visitors. The Group's web server records the date, time and requested page of each visit in a server log, which is retained for ninety days for the purpose of operating the site. Personal data supplied by post in connection with an application for membership of the Infinity Card programme, an application for employment, or an enquiry, is processed for that purpose only.

3. Retention
Infinity Card membership records are retained for the duration of membership. Applications for employment are retained for twelve months. Written enquiries are retained for twelve months. The Group does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties and does not use personal data for marketing.

4. Rights
Data subjects may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of their personal data by writing to the Office of the Company Secretary at the address above. Requests are acknowledged within thirty days. Data subjects in the European Union may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données, Luxembourg. Data subjects in Switzerland may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

5. Changes
This notice was adopted on 1 March 2004 on the introduction of the Infinity Card programme and revised on 25 May 2018. Changes are published on this page.
